Waited over 2 hours for my meal yesterday. Called 3 times and supposedly just sent them off. Food was cold and the fries tasted old and papy. That was now twice and once was delivered sharp. Too bad I loved the doner kebab now I'm looking for another doner man.

You can eat delicious on site but the delivery service is an absolute disaster. The delivery time of 60 minutes turned into 90 minutes ... The food wasn't even warm and not for the first time. Gave the delivery service quite a few chances a disappointment every time. Pity ! Do yourself a favor and remove the "deliver" option from your program.

Very well seasoned meat ... very tasty ... but where is the sauce: tzatziki, chicken and cocktail sauce ... everything should be in the mix doner kebab ... (not too much) but no trace of it ... to forget? Pity......

Delivery time is too long, unfortunately the food did not arrive after 1.5 hours. The rest should be delivered "quickly", it was an hour ago.

The inclined customer should note that if the delivery time is, for example, the maximum specified 45 minutes 2! Hours and more can be (like the last three orders with us) and the kebabs delivered are ice cold ....... This can happen once if necessary twice. If, however, the same excuses are always given with the third order - "Streets full, diversion ...... blah" and obviously stupid statements are made ..... then, yes, the time has come for this review

Super. Visited the Döner Palace after visiting the outlet. It was the right decision. In the outlet itself everything is overpriced for no reason. There are decent portions, great taste and the people were very nice. Clear recommendation.

The best kebab snack in Neumünster. The portions are huge and it tastes great. The prices are absolutely okay and the waiting time was in the normal range. There is nothing to complain about here. The kebab plate is highly recommended. Even the french fries taste good here!

Very good food. The doner plate is a balanced mix of salad, meat and chips with several sauces. The staff is courteous and the ambience is very well maintained.

Nice, tidy ambience. However, processes seem disorganized. Prices are really steep. € 5.9 for a normal sized kebab is already ambitious. The kebab is tasty but in my opinion nothing special.

A big variety of turkish fast food. The plates looks very nice. What I didn't like, was the oily composition of the plate, which makes it unsavoury.

Very nice place to eat delicious Döner Kebab. Friendly service and reasonable prices. One of the best Döner Kebab I got in Germany.
